During treatment of the hydraulic units the product forms a protective metal-ceramic coating on the surfaces of the titling and actuating mechanisms and switch gears (valve spindles). One treatment is sufficient for 100,000 km ( 60,000 miles ) of run.

APPLICATION

Dissolve the necessary amount of the product in 30-50 ml of the used hydraulic fluid warmed up to the temperature not lower than +35 C
WARNING! Before applying the product you should change the fluid in the power steering booster and drive at least 200 km if:

- the fluid is contaminated(unclear, changed its original color etc.)

- the fluid had been used over the run of more than 40,000 km (more than 3 years) or its operating time is not known.

Introduce (spray) the contents of a tube (can)* in the fluid, which is warmed up to the operating temperature, in the tank of a power steering pump
After the revitalizant is applied and the engine is turned on, wait 2-3 minutes and turn the steering wheel for 5 minutes
Revitalization is considered complete after the mechanism has been in operation for 50 hours ( 950 miles of run).

NOTES

The typical sign of the beginning of revitalization process is the noticeable improvement in the steering mechanism operation (decreased steering effort, improved precision of operation, reduced noise level) from the very first kilometers of run
The protective metal-ceramic coating will form on any operative mechanical parts; however, if an engine part being treated is in critical condition (100% wear), the worn part should be replaced.
